Is it referring to the benefits and risks of hiring those professionals or the benefits and risks for them to participate in those two particular roles?
Also, are we allowed to merge the academic and practical sides of the assignment into one? For example, after you have mentioned how the board members should be selected in a company, you later put how your team will select the board members?

I'd also like to see that you are able to apply what you have learned to your project, this so you have the opportunity to benefit from what you have learned.
I like reports that are well organized, easy to read, demonstrate thoughtful research and insightful conclusions and recommendations, as the case may be.
Since on page 4 of the syllabus I indicated double-spaced 12-point font, you would be safe to format your report that way.

Can anyone tell me whether we can hand in the same "part 2" within the group?
The reason I ask is because some of the questions we need to answer in the practical section should have the same answer within the group. For example, how we are going to compensate the board... we should have the same answer instead of different answer.
Or do we have to write the WHILE assignment by ourself?
Prehaps this is my personal opinion. I think one week for assignment #3 is not enough, considering we have to have a meeting with our teams and book appointments with potential board members. I believe a bit more time would help us to produce a better assignment.
Moreover, comparing with the syllabus, the names and the due dates of assignments are so different. For example, this assignment is called assignment #3 and the due date is 1 Oct. When you check the syllabus, there is a assignment called individual assignment #1 and the due date is also 1 Oct. Also, there is a assignment called individual assignment #3 and the due date is 29 Oct.
I agree that more time is always better. However, there is only so much time available and the demands from every class don't let up. It comes down to how one manages time and priorities.
This assignment should take no more than a couple of hours to complete... less if you have acted on my strong recommendations in class that you give thought to assembling outside advisors for your project.

I know you have a "newsfeed" going on the home page that includes the upcoming homework assignments, but would it be possible for you to create a link under the "Finding Stuff" section strictly for assignments?
I like to be able to see all the assignments I have for a class, the description, and when they are due in one place. It makes time management a bit easier, especially if it means I can start early on an assignment.
What do you think? (or does it take a lot of time to make a change like that?)

When you research this assignment, you will find that there are different types of boards. There are also different names for the roles. Rather than answer this question for you, I'd prefer to see you find the answer. If your research doesn't answer the question, be sure to note the issue in your conclusions.
