Class #08 - Guest Speaker - AccentureWe are very fortunate to have not one, but two guest speakers from Accenture Ltd who share their perspectives on how to manage projects. This information will not only help you with your business plan project, but also with planning other projects at SFU and in the business world. Peggy Leung is currently a Manager in Accenture's Management Consulting – Talent and Organization Performance practice. She completed her Civil Engineering degree at UBC and has been working with Accenture for over 8 years. Throughout her time at Accenture, Peggy has done a variety of projects including custom and SAP system implementations, business process redesign, and change management and communications for large scale business transformation effort. She has also enjoyed working many different clients both in Vancouver as well as Calgary and San Francisco. Peggy will share her thoughts and experience on managing projects in a complex business environment. Amy Lu is currently a Senior Consultant with Accenture in the Systems Integration & Technology group. She studied Engineering at SFU and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor in Applied Science. Since joining Accenture she has been responsible for leading technology teams in implementing custom designed systems and integrating large enterprise package software like SAP. Throughout her many projects she has participated in various parts of the project lifecycle from business case development to user deployment.
