It's been mentioned in class before by Cody, but I think it hasn't been posted up yet.  As mentioned, SFU websurvey provides a free, easy-to-use, web surveying tool for all SFU students.

Just thought that I should put this on the table for everyone.  You can also add administrators to the surveys, so your colleagues can also edit survey questions and view survey results.
